What is a Mabley E‑Gift Card?

The Mabley E‑Gift Card is your digital key to the entire Mabley collection. Delivered instantly via email, it is the ultimate sustainable, stylish, and stress-free gift. Whether it’s a last-minute surprise, a birthday treat, or a gesture of appreciation, this card invites the recipient to choose exactly what resonates with their identity.


How to Purchase & Use

  1. Select Your Value: Choose your preferred amount from the options on our official webshop (€10 – €150).
  2. Instant Delivery: After checkout, you will receive an email containing the unique digital gift card code.
  3. Gift It: Forward the email directly to the lucky recipient, or print it out to slip into a greeting card.
  4. Redeem: The recipient simply enters the unique code at checkout to apply the balance to their order.


Important Details

Digital-First (No Physical Card) To keep our environmental footprint light, the Mabley E-Gift Card is 100% digital. No plastic card will be shipped to you.

Usage & Balance

  • Flexible Spending: You don’t have to spend it all at once! Any remaining balance stays on the card for future purchases.
  • Check Your Balance: Your current balance will display automatically at checkout.
  • Stackable: Have more than one gift card? You can apply multiple cards to a single order.


Validity Period

  • Your Mabley E-Gift Card is valid for 24 months from the date of purchase. We encourage you to use it to "Live Bold" within that timeframe, as expired cards cannot be reactivated.


Regional Use

  • Please ensure you purchase the gift card from the regional store (e.g., EU, UK, US) where the recipient lives. Gift cards are currency-specific and may not work across different regional websites.


Returns & Refunds

  • Non-Refundable: Gift cards cannot be returned or exchanged for cash.
  • Product Returns: If you return an item bought with a gift card, the refund will be credited back to the gift card or issued as store credit.


Discounts & Promotions

  • Buying the Card: Coupon codes/discounts cannot be used to purchase a gift card.
  • Using the Card: Yes! You can use your gift card to pay for items that are on sale or during promotional events.
