Mabley Limited Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with Mabley Limited. We aim to ensure you are fully satisfied with your purchase. If something isn’t right, our Return & Refund Policy below will guide you through the process.


1. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • Timeframe: You must initiate your return within 30 days from the delivery date.
  • Condition: Items must be in their original condition, unused, unwashed, and with all original tags, labels, and packaging intact.
  • Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt or order number is required to process your return.


2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned unless they are faulty or defective:

  • Custom or Personalised Products: Items made to your specific requirements (e.g., custom sizes, monogramming) cannot be returned for "change of mind."
  • Hygiene-Sensitive Items: For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on underwear, swimwear (if the hygiene seal is removed), earrings, or beauty products if they have been opened.
  • Final Sale Items: Items clearly marked as "Final Sale" at the time of purchase are not eligible for return or exchange.


3. UK & EU Right of Withdrawal (Cooling-Off Period)

If you are a customer based in the UK or European Union: You have the legal right to cancel your order for any reason within 14 days of receiving your goods.

  • To exercise this right, you must notify us clearly (via email at support@mableylimited.com) of your decision to cancel.
  • You must send the goods back to us no later than 14 days from the day you notify us of your cancellation.
  • We will refund the cost of the goods and the cost of standard delivery (if you paid for it). We are not required to refund the extra cost if you chose a premium or express delivery service.


4. How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact Us: Email our customer service team at support@mableylimited.com.
  2. Details: Include your Order Number and the reason for the return.
  3. Photos: If the item is damaged or defective, please attach clear photos showing the issue immediately.
  4. Approval: Once your request is reviewed, you will receive a Return Authorisation (RA) number and the return shipping address.
  5. Note: Please do not send items back without prior approval, as they may be lost or rejected.


5. Return Shipping

  • Customer Responsibility: Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping labels, unless the item is defective or we made an error (e.g., sent the wrong size).
  • Safety: We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. Mabley Limited is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.
  • International Returns: If you are returning an item from outside our home country, please mark the package clearly as "RETURNED GOODS" to avoid customs charges. Mabley Limited is not responsible for any customs duties or taxes incurred on return shipments; these may be deducted from your refund if charged to us.


6. Refunds

  • Processing Time: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.
  • Method: Refunds will be automatically applied to your original payment method.
  • Bank Delays: Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time (typically 3–10 business days) to post the refund to your account.
  • Duties & Taxes: For international orders, duties and taxes paid to customs agencies are non-refundable by Mabley Limited. You may be able to recover these by contacting your local customs office directly.


7. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or color, the fastest way is to return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.


8. Damaged or Defective Items

In the unlikely event that you receive a defective item:

  • Please notify us as soon as possible at support@mableylimited.com.
  • Under Consumer Protection laws, you are entitled to a refund, repair, or replacement for items that are not of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose, or as described.
  • We will cover the shipping costs for replacing defective items.
